BitBoy Crypto Allegedly Possesses $80 Million Worth of XRP While Requesting Community For Donations

“Several people have asked about an $XRP donation address for my legal fund (…) XRP Address: ‘rJmXYcKCGJSayp4sAdp6Eo4CdSFtDVv7WG’ (…) Thanks for the support”.

Ben Armstrong, widely recognized as 'BitBoy Crypto,' finds himself embroiled in a legal dispute with his former associates from HIT Network, centered on the ownership of assets previously registered under the company's name. Armstrong asserts these assets rightfully belong to him.

In an emotional appeal, a former BitBoy Crypto team member is now seeking support from the cryptocurrency community through heartfelt video testimonials recounting their story. On September 21, in response to alleged requests from the XRP community for a donation address, Armstrong disclosed a multi-millionaire XRP wallet.

In the past 24 hours, numerous payments in XRP, totaling thousands of dollars, have been transferred to the provided Ben Armstrong address. Many of these transactions originated from identifiable centralized exchange accounts.

Following the address disclosure on the X platform (formerly Twitter), there was a modest uptick in the number of payments made, although the overall transaction volume remained relatively low. This suggests that these transactions primarily consist of smaller amounts, typically associated with donations.

On September 21st, BitBoy's XRP address recorded a total of 230 payments, tallying up to 315,360 XRP, equivalent to $160,800 at the time.

Importantly, at present, it remains unclear whether these funds originate from Ben Armstrong's personal holdings, contributions to his channel (formerly associated with his now-dissolved company), or have some undisclosed source.
